Hey, I'm Beth - Marlow's very own women's health specialist! I used to be one of the girls in the gym who was terrified of everything and had no idea what she was doing! After I discovered a passion for exercise and what it can do for our lives, I decided to help other women venture into parts of the gym besides the treadmills.
I am incredibly passionate about educating women on the power of their bodies and helping them to feel strong, confident and informed.
Every woman has a right to understand her body and maximise its potential.
Exercise shouldn't be intimidating, it should be accessible, enjoyable and tailored to you. Whether you’re looking to start your journey or push yourself even further, I'm here for you every step of the way.
Highly recommend Beth if you're looking for someone to help you achieve your goals. She's incredibly understanding and will get you to where you want to be from weight loss to PBs. She's particularly careful at making sure you have the correct form.
She's extremely knowledgeable and has gentle/understanding approach, but don't be fooled into thinking she won't push you every session!
